I feel myself wanting to bend forward as I walk and have to remind myself to straighten up

I haven't seen that on Facebook. I tend to stoop over a lot too. I've found, I feel a lot weaker, after being so restricted at home. Had both the vaccines now, which is a good feeling. Hope you are doing well, and your Shelties too.

It’s something we have to think about all the time. I put a pillow behind me when I sit to remind me to sit up straight. Doing shoulder blade squeezes whenever you think about it helps strengthen your back. I hope to get back to the gym once I recover from my arm fx. I have learned that bending over and twisting is bad, so we have to use our knees and attempt to keep our spines straight. I know, easier SAID than done, but we can TRY, if we’re able. Each of us has different issues, but I hope this helps someone.

I wondered about it to. I feel it would be good but I wonder if it would weaken our muscles more . We would become to depended. I. Think I will talk to my physiotherapist the next visit.
