Look on You Tube. There is lots of videos that show exercises adapted for osteoporosis. You can also do Zumba GOLD. It would be appropriate for you and there is good music. Zumba Gold not just ZUMBA. Zumba Gold is made for people with limitations. Do not jump , is there is. All the steps can be done without jumping. Start slowly , and do what you are capable, one step at a time.

I have been exercising with my SimplyFit Board, while using the DVD workouts that go with it. My favorite one is the Low-Impact Workout. It takes 30 minutes. It contains a lot of stretching while also including weight-bearing exercises. One of its main goals is to increase balance and stability.
