Spinal Surgery When On Alendronic Acid And Adcal D3

I wonder if anyone has had spinal surgery when suffering osteoporosis.
I possibly need (or will need sometime in the future) a spinal fushion.
Is the fact I've had a wedge fracture to T!1 and am on medication for this make a difference
have spinal stenosis and will need to
have a spinal fusion to my lumber spine.
