After 2 years of prolia injections I did develop enough bone density that I now, no longer have osteoporosis. Osteopenia in both hips. No side effects.

Weight bearing exercise.. Dead lift. 10to12kg, farmers walk..6kg Squatting to the chair 6kg Planks against the wall and walking My physio also gave me a band to put around my knees then bend knees, straight back and open and ose legs I find the exercises combined with stretches help BUT to motivate myself is the problem 😊

My doctor won't give me any pain medication because there is such a huge drug problem in our state. Also she thinks it might contribute to having me fall more.
