I suffer from Spondalotis in my neck due to wear & tear due to the work I did for years Hairdressing & Pastry Chef.
I had to be so careful when doing anything reppeditive because it puts my neck into terrible spasms that then go into Migrains ..😢
The only thing to get relief was to go to Hospital for treatment requiring a injection & meds.
Now if my neck is sore or feeling very vulnerable I have to sleep without a pillow & stop anything that is reppeditive.
Another thing I have had done is by a psyio who taped my neck & shoulders to keep the neck muscle's & tendons from tightening up.
Swimming in a heated pool is excellent with gentle neck stretching exercises.
I think this problem can run in families because my Late mother who was 91 years old suffered with her neck for over 20 years I think again it was due to the work she did when younger , being a Florist.

I was just very shivery for the rest of that day! After the second one I developed a prickly heat rash which is very rare.

I had the infusion as well, just one so far. The day after I was in bed all day, sick, dizzy and I ached all over. The day after good as new and no further symptoms. Good luck....Heather
