@A MyOsteoTeam Member, Turmeric gummies fight inflammation. My pain is minimal when I eat 4 or 5 pieces a day.The added benefit is stronger nails and healthier hair. You also get the nutrition from the coconut oil. If you read the info on the site you will get lots of good info. Pineapple also fights inflammation. I drain the juice from a can of pineapple tidbits into a two-cup measure. Then I add enough water to make two cups. Place the tidbits in the bottom of the pan you are going to use to make the gummies. Pour the liquid when it is all mixed over the pineapple and set in the fridge for at least two hours.

I have been taking homemade Turmeric Gummies. They are made with Gealitan. My fingernails that were breaking or chipping have now become quite strong.
