Welcome Morlers! Gabapentin just gave me a muzzy head so I couldn’t think straight or drive! Paracetamol good for headaches etc but doesn’t help with this pain.
I am allergic to all other painkillers so rely on exercise, hydrotherapy, Qi Gong exercises and the support of the lovely people on this site.
The only other things I can use are Biofreeze roll on (Boots or other pharmacy), also CBD drops under the tongue lower the pain level a bit.
You need some with at least 5% CBD. They are legal in UK also expensive!
