@A MyOsteoTeam Member Hi there. I had a walker to assist me at the beginning. The hard part was standing up as I was scared of the pain. Try to relax your mind as much as you can before you try. Think positive thoughts and tell yourself your body can do it. Little gains. Perhaps someone to support you gently under your arm as you try for a start.
When I first started walking with my walker I gave myself a small goal each day like walking from one chair to another or walking to the next room without help. I very slowly improved. Be kind to yourself and rest plenty in between.

Hi Joy .Do have a Walker that would help.Just take it slowly. We will be praying for strength to come in those legs.Please take care & keep healthy. Hugs
