That's our Helen. All of her suggestions are always good ones. I follow a very similar routine also. We need to do all of the things that we can to whip these old bones into better shape! Wishing you well...

No it isn’t enough! Really healthy diet necessary - oily fish, chicken, lots of fruit and veg, no cola, sufficient water, not too much coffee, Vit K2 and magnesium( which both aid absorption of calcium into bones), Boron, marine collagen, Vit B complex , omega rich cod liver oil capsules, 5 prunes a day, alternating with half a teaspoon black strap molasses, Greek yogurt and Kefir too.
This is what I do anyway!
Also exercise and good sleep vitally important. As part of my exercise I have hydrotherapy with a physiotherapist in the therapy pool helping me. It’s Strengthening safe exercise.
I also go to a therapy gym with powered machines.
I am allergic to all painkillers so use mindfulness, meditation and Qi Gong exercises to help with pain.
This site is also a big help to me as you all understand and support me!
