I had a t-score of -6.4 in lower back. I been battling 3-5 broken ribs for 3 years, and only one has healed a long with

In 2017 I ended up having 5 ribs to break all at different times, after the first 3 breaks is when the did the test and told me I had osteoporosis. The pain was bad. A lot worse at 60 than in my teens when I broke other bones. I have to be careful the way I move, bend and not to lift anything to heavy. It soon will be three years and I still have 3 broken ribs. Just be careful
I have another crazy question. My spine is-3.9 and the doctors say I should do something about it. So far my choices are Prolia or Reclast-which I don't want either one. The doctors say I could have fractures. I've never had a broken or fractured bone in my life. My question is: How bad is the pain with a fracture? And in the experience of everyone on here is -3.9 really, really bad? Also does anyone have any natural ways that they have improved there bones,ex. certain diet, certain exercises? I am 75 and the doctors say I can not expect improvement at my age with diet and exercise but I can halt the loss with the drugs and calcium. Wow, I guess I asked 3 questions, didn't I? I get more confused the more I learn. Thanks if you can help me.
I just went to a Rheumotologist (spelled wrong) about pain for Fibromyalgia. I have pain with the Fibro and the Endocrinologist wanted me to control the fibro pain so I could do Reclast. Long story short-he says Boniva was taken off the market when I ask about Fosamax and Boniva as an alternative. I'm still researching and trying to learn more. Thanks everyone for posting...it helps me
