My advice is to listen to your doctor. If blood tests show that certain vitamins and minerals are depleted the doctor said to take Multivitamin and minerals tablet daily. A later blood test showed at all of my vitamins and minerals were back to normal. I take Magnesium and that's it apart to the Vitamin D in the Osteoporosis tablet Fonat plus Caliciferol-vitamin D hugs from Judy

I’m 72 years old. I just got a new Dr should have done that years ago. He wouldn’t believe me for 8 years that I was sick. I even had to quit my job I was so fatigue I nearly passed out. And I had heart palpitations. He said were not even going to talk about anymore. Well I almost lost my life. It was kidney cancer. My kidneys shut down while I was in the ER bleeding urine. Had extreme pain. Blood pressure sky high. I was in the waiting area for 6 hours suffering before they finally shut down. I made it through the night. My kidney was removed. The surgeon said the tumor was the size of his fists 👊. I’m Blessed to be alive. I had been with him about 12 years. I sure hope this new dr will be a good one. I saw him once. He spent 2 hours with me😊I will see him again on the 16th. You are never too old to change dr
