It's a TENS machine. It sends out electrical pulses and you can use it on your feet and it has pads to use on other places on the body

I have the Dr. Ho system. It's as good a tens unit in physio or hospital, my problem is the help it provides is short lived. Because of that I put it away and forgot about it. Think I'll dig it out again. Thanks for the reminder.
