That HelenBeech knows her stuff! If you doctor will send you for Physical Therapy to a place with a pool, they can teach you all kinds of exercises that are helpful.
The pool is my favorite place to exercise. All of my parts work in the pool!

Yes pool exercises excellent!
Walking in the pool bringing knees up high each step taken.
Walking forwards and backwards heel to toe (like on a tightrope!)
Walking sideways.
Walking sideways with occasional squats
Walking sideways squatting all the time
Thatโ€™s a few to start you off!

I joined the pool. I did walk and swim laps- 45 more n. pain for the next two days. I believe, you can clarify pain came from swimming laps? . Probably need to take some lesser steps to begin! Tks for pool is revised..
