A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've had cervical spine fusion and have lumbar stenosis. Can these things be linked to my osteoporosis?

Me too. I just recently had a spinal fusion L4-5. I’m wondering how to best help my bones to retain what they have so that I don’t have to go through this again. I am presently on Fosomax.
