Yes, the pool is good for exercising with osteoporosis & arthritis. It strengthens the muscles without damage to joints and is very relaxing.

My tummy is huge and l feel it’s because I’m hollow in the back with the osteoporosis. Appetite non existent.

Swimming is so good for this as it is basically strengthening and supporting the abdominal muscles. If you can’t swim walk in the water for 30 mins non stop.

I have lost 3cm in height and looked pregnant. I gently started swimming or walking laps. I now breaststroke 1.5 kilometres 4 days a week and am toning up well. Good luck.
