Yes can wake up with numb fingers but now know it’s caused by pressure on a cervical nerve in my spine! Sensation comes and goes! Also carpel tunnel inflammation also causes a problem. Both problems not related to osteoporosis!

Not often but I do get tingling/numb feeling in my fingers. I did not relate it to having osteoporosis but no I guess I'll research that side.
