Members shared positive experiences using turmeric for joint pain and stiffness, with several reporting noticeable relief from arthritis and achiness, though one member noted it took about a month to feel benefits. Many community members described taking turmeric in different forms, including capsules, liquid supplements from Costco, or the powdered spice added to food and golden milk recipes. A recurring theme was that turmeric provided meaningful relief as a natural alternative or complement to prescription anti-inflammatories, though cost was noted as a consideration for liquid forms.

I’ve been taking turmeric - took a month before felt any benefits. Then stopped but found I was stiff again getting out of lounge! So started taking again and it’s working!!

Just started liquid Tumeric ten days ago. Not my imagination but stiffness has been eased dramatically. Its expensive but worth a try!

My husband takes it daily for relief from arthritis, after the doctor took him off Meloxicam (antiinflamitory). He also has good relief from turmeric.

I got my liquid at Costco. Pricey but only 15ml per day lasts awhile. It was on coupon which helped a bit. I also have powdered Tumeric and have made what’s called golden milk for drink before bedtime.
Google for the recipe. Good luck!👍
