Can You Experience Days Of Feeling Unwell/ Illness With Osteoporosis?
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

Have days where you just don't feel well at all, like you're coming down with something but you don't, you're just unwell.

Well I do lots of exercises to strengthen my core, weight lifting with water bottles and weekly hydrotherapy with a physiotherapist in a lovely warm pool.
I also try to do a little walk each day.

I always assumed that calcium (Caltrate) was sufficient enough on it’s own and then I heard about the importance of Vita K2.

Lorraine I find a couple of days after the weekly alendronic acid tablet makes me feel this way

I also take Ad Cal D3, Vit K2, collagen, boron, magnesium, Vit B complex and omega rich cod liver oil capsules. Also 5 prunes a day and half a teaspoon of molasses!

Yes I have days that I feel ill. There’s no explaining exactly what it is. On those days when I’m in my bed I feel that I might not wake up. It’s like an exhaustion
