Members shared alternatives for pain relief while on anticoagulants, with paracetamol (acetaminophen) being the most commonly recommended safe option, though several members noted it provided limited relief or caused stomach issues for them. Many community members described finding help through non-medication approaches like hydrotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi for strength, balance, and pain management. A recurring theme was the frustration of limited safe options and individual sensitivities, with some members unable to tolerate tramadol or topical CBD salves, while others found relief with CBD drops under the tongue.

The only safe one I know is paracetamol. Have you tried any alternatives to give you pain relief such as hydrotherapy, mindfulness, meditation , Qi Gong or exercise?
I also can’t take any of the pain relief tablets as they make me vomit or start a another stomach ulcer, so rely on the above methods.

I can only use the CBD drops under the tongue. The salve upset my sensitive skin.

Yes Tai Chi is similar to Qi Gong. It helps strength and balance. I like the Qi Gong exercises.
