Would you upload a pic of plant based calcium bottle or send me the brand name? Ty.

My bone health specialist put me on a plant based calcium which also has vitamin K, magnesium and D. I also take a separate vitamin D.

I take 3,500 IU of D3 (best taken with a little fat as it helps absorb it better. Even just a handful of some type of nuts), vitamin K (only because it comes in my plant based calcium), 800 mg of plant based calcium & 60 mg of plant based magnesium because that also is in the calcium. My bone health specialist watches all my levels carefully and she said to start a plant based calcium the day I started the Prolia. Hope this helps you!
