Wool socks and long sleeved woollies will help a bit. Also hand and foot exercises.
Hope pain lessens soon for you. Hugs

Hi Patricia. I had pain in my ankles at night mainly. It felt like I had been shackled ! It was pretty painful. I did not associate to osteoporosis just thought I'd been wearing the wrong shoes. I must still be in denial. I do not have it now. Maybe it's because I am trying a new exercise regime.
Keep working at being stronger in the body. It's not easy . Have a good day.
