If anyone has had success with an increase in bone density with a natural product please let me know what it was and the company you got it from. The same for if there were specific diet and exercises you did. If they have helped with pain that would be helpful too.

I've decided I'm going to give it a year without drugs and everyday be committed to doing what I can to help myself. One thing my surgeon for my wrist told me is that any carbonated drink is very bad for our bones. I was able to quit cold turkey after approximately 40 years or so of diet soda. Fear is a very powerful motivator for me.

Please let me know how it goes. I’ve decided same. I hear dairy products, wheat, sugar, processed foods deplete calcium. Wow, big diet changes and ya fear has helped me a lot. Yes I also heard those soft drinks are one of the worst depleting enemies. I have read so much and certainly can’t say I’m strong enough everyday to be perfect but am trying real hard. I found a nutitionist, Barbara O’Neill - from sickness to health, on Utube. I like her message, research, knowledge. Have a great day.

I find hydrotherapy with a physiotherapist the best exercise, also taking a short (all I can manage!) walk. Qi Gong exercises very good too.
Above all, keeping moving!

I have been investigating the pros and cons of prolia etc. Vs natural healing alternatives. There is so much information out there and I am determined not to go on meds. I am just not convinced they are the solution especially in the long run. However im not sure that the risk of not taking the meds is wise. And the only other way I can see is that one must live daily focussed on a life and I mean total dedication to resistance type excersises and move move move within your best potential, a diet focussed on inflammation reduction, and getting outside for that vitamin D, getting enough essential minerals, calcium every single day. I understand that dairy, wheat, sugar, processed foods deplete that very necessary calcium required. Also I understand the drugs cause so many other issues, like all do., eventually. I guess it’s work hard every single second to stay dedicated or pay the price or let a drug mask the problem and provide relief, and pay the price, possibly worse..? I don’t know, truly. For now I continue to try my best at the alternative approach. I would love to hear more about the alternative choice makers journey. Hydrotherapy is wonderful btw. Please let me know what you decide. Huge hugs.
