Have you consulted a physical therapist . They can give you the right kind of exercise program and work with your doctor. I also have extensive back problems and I have to really listen to my body and be careful not to over do it. My Dr. Said walking and hydro-therapy are very good. Good luck and gentle hugs.

What about some type of water therapy? You get movement without hurting joints and muscles as much. Hope you feel better.

I completely agree with you, Helen. Water therapy is wonderful and does help with pain and getting stronger!

Well the physiotherapist comes into the water with you. The water is 37oC. You do different exercises in the water and it’s gentle, safe and strengthening. The water feels lovely!
