I was a kidney donor in 1990, kidney doing well. Should this med concern me?

I have looked on Google and several websites indicated that you must have your Creatinine levels checked before each infusion and in between infusions as well. It would have to be below 35ml/min.
Also you always need to be well hydrated. The coplications are quite rare however.

He is long gone. I have Doctors passing me from one to another.

That’s the infusion I am on, known as Zolendronic Acid in UK. They did blood and urine tests beforehand and they must have been ok as I am due to have second infusion next month.
Blood tests recently repeated as is usual before the infusion.
Why not check with your kidney specialist?
