I've had 5 fractures within past 5 years first one i coughed and fractured a rib , a year later i sneezed and fractured the rib above the one i had previously fractured , then I fell hit my head on the patio and needed 16 staples and 3 stitches down the back of my head , then on holiday I tripped and hit my toes against the leg of a chair in a café and fractured the two little toes on one foot , 15 minutes later I fell down some steps and done the other foot this was the third day of my weeks holiday, then to top it all last November I slipped at home on a wet floor and fractured my upper humerus and had my arm in a sling all over Christmas , after all that I am only prescribed Maxitram and paracetamol .

I've had 2 cracked wrist within the last four years because of falls .None sense.Rotator cuff repaired. 2 yes ago.now lm dealing with blood pressure & high cholesterol. Dealing with pills for that ..
