Try Monistat on cracks in the corner of your mouth and cracks around fingernails. Could be yeast.

Yes I get sores on both sides of my mouth had it for a few years it goes and comes in was told it could be a lack of vitimins but I take them but that didn't help still don't know what it is!!!...

I have ever taken that med but have had cracked corners from chemo. Caused mostly from dry mouth. I use vaseline in the corners. You could also probably use coconut oil. I like Vaseline because it stays on a good long time. Used it on my lips too. Chemo made my mouth so dry that I would wake up at night with my lips stuck together. Vaseline helped prevent that and soothed my chapped lips. Give it a try.
