My Osteoporosis Dr said to get 1200 mg per day. However you’re getting it make sure you’re getting a greater dose of it from food as much as possible. I take 650mg per day in CalciumPlus but am also very much more conscious of eating nuts, seeds, yogurt, cottage cheese and other foods high in calcium and magnesium.

I love it but it is high in natural msg which is what I am intolerant to and turns up my nervous system - so annoying as it then causes more inflammation in my body
