My health is such that I am too ill to participate in the OsteoTeam
Dear Debby, Yes I got over heart failure through prayer. Prayer should not be our last resort. Did you know that aged garlic extract will reduce dementia and even reverse Alzheimer's disease.

Thanks London for your information I am still looking into everything as I have not long been in out of hospital again x
I have low osteopenia in left hip and some osteoporosis in lumbar spine. I started Reclast in 2012, 2013. Didn't have serious side effects. Another doctor suggested prolia and I received injections for 3 1/2 years. The side effects were bone pain and other issues. I want to know how serious side effects are with Reclast? I have acid reflux, IBS, and have a very difficult time taking any pills. I would appreciate any information.
I don't have much of a food variety. Lean chicken, turkey, some veggies. I try to eat 3 to 4 small meals. a day. What is keto paleo?
My mother was dying of kidney failure as well as heart failure and was left unconscious from a stroke. Her bones broke very easily, and nurses had to be careful turning her. I was told at the time that she had osteomalacia, but she had compression fractures before, and I thought she had osteoporosis then.
Old age
My mother took Fosamax for over 8 years and still broke her hip. I have friends who have tried the shots and still broken bones. What have you found the most effective treatment for osteoporosis? I am also trying the exercise program by Margaret Martin. I already exercise daily and this helps me focus on a program particular to osteoporosis; including tips on what not to do. I have also heard that your diet is also a factor? Has anyone found this to be true? Thanks so much.
Thank You 😊
