I did research at mayo clinic try there I found at vitamin C called COPAIBA GEL CAPS. Also helps with Inflamation because of our eating habits over years we now suffer pain e into a health diet forget all those goodies it all helps

Look up Calcium citrate. It is supposed to be the best absorbed by the body. Please research first.

Caltrate (calcium carbonate) is the least well absorbed form of calcium. It also causes calcification in the arteries

I agree with Elizabeth but you need to understand why. Talk with your provider to understand why you are taking calcium and why you would take Caltrate over something else. Being informed is power!
