Dr's I see say I may never know. I'm sure it's from lumber l3 fragility fracture and l5 sciatica

I have heard of this in a few people here. Could it be a medication side effect? (You could ask Mr Google) Or a lack of magnesium? (Easy to rectify with a supplement). Hope this is helpful. X0 ❤🫂💪🦴🙂
