I take it twice a day, 2 tablets each time
I was referred for a Reclast treatment last year due to my Osteoporosis and will get another one this Spring. Has anyone gotten this and what if any side effects have you experienced?

Yes, epsom salt does help. But I use bio cream on my legs at night, it helps me sleep. It is now available in pharmacies without a prescription.

How does anyone afford it? Even with insurance, my cost was going to be $1041 A MONTH!! There is some "assistance" available, but only if your income is low. My income is not poverty level, but I still couldn't afford that!

Yes I did, the little finger on my right hand. My rheumatologist told me it was caused by osteoarthritis. It went away on its own after about six months.
I always thought that the pain in my joints, especially in my hands and knees was just part of aging. Now I don't know if the pain is from osteo or just age
I donβt have any pain from Osteoporosis but have a lot from Osteoarthritis. Also have Osteopenia that can be painful at times.
