I do have irritable bowel syndrome maybe it is a contributing factor. I hadn't thought of that.

Hi Judy9, i get a pain on the right side & less often on left side of back. My physiotherapist said it was a tight muscle & gave me a deep massage.

With osteoporosis the spine can slowly press on other organs. I have had pain to both sides over the past and the G P said it was nothing wrong. Since then
I have realised it is my bowel being crushed a bit and I take a Movicel sachet every morning non addictive and perfectly safe 👌 I get relief from that pain 😅
