I do gentle excercises every Wednesday with physiotherapist and I do these excercises sometimes as I feel able. Should I do more
I go to physical therapy right now twice a week to build up strength in ankles, knees & hips. They say that will help my balance. I am feeling stronger& better. I think u doing the exercises on other days beside being with therapist will help u. I'm doing some of my exercises also while home.
