What all do you find helps? I can not take Tylenol or anything similar to it.
I will not take pain relievers as they are hard on our stomachs and livers. I have been using turmeric capsules for arthritis inflammation, for several years. They don't help the pain, but they do help inflammation. You could also cut way down on your sugar intake as that causes inflammation, and so do "artificial sweetners". This is a known fact in the medical world, but most people don't know it.
Turmeric supplements help reduce pain and strengthen ligaments (I'm using it for recurring foot/ankle issues). Some say ginger (as a tea or supplement) also helps. A heated rice bag is my go-to for a sore back. Gentle hugs to you!
