My heart goes out to you as I have walked this walk in years past. You can get through this keep the faith, This is what I did as per my endocrinologist who also was a chiropractor before she attended med school. This is the regime l started. with after finishing chemo and radiation and osteo on top of everything, Those chemo drugs. help but also weaken bones,
Start slowly to incorporate weight bearing exercises with 2 lbs weight belt on side of R & L hip. I used Velcro Waist support Belt (generally used sometimes for abdominal surgery. Weights can be purchased at a sporting goods store or stretchable belt with velcro can be purchased at medical supply store. PS> in in US medicare doesn't pay for it . Secondly after 6 months of velcro belt, I purchased a Handy man tool belt) I just sewed weights on to belt. with a velcro cover to add more weight once I got stronger overall & and 2 lbs of weight on each ankle. Dr hopefully will also check your thyroid and possibly recommend VIT D 3 and K 2. Best of luck and do not miss meals.
a 1 lb on each wrist. Walk at least 1-2 miles if possible or as long as you have stamina and strength. Do not over do it Gain your strength first, . I also went through this and for pain I used CBD balm which does not goin to your blood stream thus affecting any medication post chemo treatment... Try to meditate as there is lots of music on you tube with Tibetan singing bowels which in my opionion chills me out on day that are rough... , oh, yes 1 lb weight on leg ankles for lifting up 4-5 inches while in bed. Stretching and very gentle massage. Just keep checking your blood work and thyroid status as chemo affect everyone differently.
