My go to answer is massage and heating pad. Without my heating pad it would be lot worse for me. It really helps me even in the summer. Do you take potassium? I think it is good for that also. At least I seem to remember that.
Magnesium is great for cramps
I take potassium which totally controls my leg cramps.
