I have 6 to date and yes kyphoplasty has been a life saver but my sixth one had been fractured so long it was trying to heal itself but it's ok so I had my second shot of prolia im sure it's good but it is definitely causing more shortness of breath😪

I was told to go on Prolia or reclast. two drugs that have side affects such as you mentioned. I was thinking that the osteoporosis was bad enough so why do I want to take something that might cause more pain etc. I have been looking into supplements such as Osteo MD. Have any of you looked at anything like that or are you already taking something. Please share if you have. Kathy

It is all supplements but are things we supposedly need. If you can look it up it is easier to understand than how I would explain it. I was looking into Algae Cal when someone told me about this one. It actually sounds much better and a lot cheaper. All natural. I have written down the ingredients to see if the dietician will give an opinion. Just write in the search bar Osteo MD, It should come up. Let me know if you find it or can't. I think there is nothing that it could hurt and better than nothing at all.

I no longer take anything after fracturing 3 vertebrae and losing all my teeth. I just try to be careful.
