I had Osteopenia and about 10 years ago I actually reversed it enough by doing Jazzercise to stay of the medication. I was sick and did not do it as often as I did 10 years ago and had my bi-annual DEXA scan. It revealed Osteoporosis. I have started Jazzercise again hoping that I may reverse it again. I just want to do it safely. I feel great and feel good after my 45 minute workout. I do it at least 3 times a week. It also involves weights. I have been doing this at home. It's an exercise program that is dancing, skipping, jumping to music. Also, the workout contains lifting weights, 5-8 lbs It works the entire body. I only do it 3-4 times per week. It helped be before so I'm; trying again. Jazzercise is in just about every city. Not small towns so much. I do it online now and really enjoy it.😍
