I have heard it takes a toll on your bones but I am thinking it depends on the person and what stage of osteo they are at. If you are worried about added pain or complications you should ask you doctor.
Please let me know what he/she says, I'm curious.

I'm not sure of a weighted blanket.cause l do not likealot of weight on me.l usually sleep with a cotton sheet & a thin comforter onme .But good luck for those whocan sleep with them

I'm curious as well. I have seen the weighted blankets but have no idea how such a thing would be beneficial.
