Very hard to do anything have it in both knee's too can't walk much ant advice for hand s and knees

My sister's MD has her on turmeric therapy also. She has had excellent results in her knees using it. Might be worth a try but do check with the doctor if you take prescriptions as there could be interaction with herbal remedies and certain medications.

For a topical ointment relief, I use Australian Dream. It's greaseless and odorless and it works wonders for me. I have osteoarthritis in both hands and actually crochet and knit through the pains. The movement does help.

My sister took Tumeric complex . Found in vitamins at drugstore.
And she also was Pain free in 3 months
Keep those fingers moving . Just moving them any way you can to keep them from getting stiff
There is lots of hope

Turmeric complex seems to help me. 1500mg twice a day. Good for inflammation. Also I have its in my lower back. I see a pain management Dr. His procedures seem to help a lot.
