To Take Magnesium Citrate Or Glucanate, Or Not, And When During The Day Or Before Bed?
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have heard and have read that magnesium supplements help, but when I spoke to a pharmacist and he told me that I may as well put my money back in my pocket. Which type of magnesium is effective, or is it conclusive? Am I wasting my money? I know getting magnesium is best when in a diet of greens and nuts etc., but I don't know how much my body is absorbing in my diet so I choose to supplement, if it's going to help.
