Hi Marilynne.l was told to much calcium makes to much plaque. I was taking 2 aday now l only take one.l was told to take more magnesium so l take 2 of them.Do taher care & keep safe & healthy..

It is a pill form that you take once a day. I take it with my calcium and vit D pills. Supposed to have a significant ability to build bone and fight heart disease. Quote.

I take a regiment too ..zinc,magnesium, boden k12. D,C,Calcium I only take 3 days a wk the rest every day. I have for a year and half now. Will update after I get my scan, in which is this year sometime. Take care.

Thanks Smcc! I had no idea there was a vit K2- quick research online says it activates a protein that helps calcuum bind to our bones. It found in dairy, fermented foods and animal products as well.
