do not think collagen is for pain.

I was told my my doctor to cut down on dairy Red meat and sugar for help reducing pain Is colagen powder for pain

I have a T7 and T10 compression fractures. My Dr just wants me to increase my yogurt cheese calcium milk plus take Vit D tablets I get Atrial Fibrillation so have to be careful with vitamins. I have started collagen powder now. Hugs to everyone. Keep safe and take care
