I’ve not had much pain in the hip but the bottom of my spine can be excruciatingly painful especially standing whilst working. Should I see my doctor again to see what pain relief I could get

Diannmary our BDS are covered with the Government every 2 years , very lucky with our Health system here in Australia 🇦🇺

Welcome Laura! Seems like it might be a good idea to see your doctor and maybe get an xray or another dexa scan to see what's going on or changing.

That's good there insurance must be good in Australia most doctors say every 2. To 3 years

Welcome Laura , yes I suggest you have another BDS , here in Australia we have them every 2 years under Medicare .
