Welcome Serena I'm relatively new too and still learning. It's too bad you have had a hip discolation, it must be so painful. I dread that happening to me too. My right hip gives me a bit of bother at times, I feel it clicking at times as if the joint is drying out, must get a can of WD40, that you use for oiling door hinges and metal joints. Ha!Ha! it might work!!
