no medication suitable for me, as i have Bad reactions to all the currently used ones ~ any helpful tips?
Hi I also react to meds now so not much available to get relief. Doc has suggested a strategy thats been working for me. First removed all foods that cause inflammation. Remove or reduce as much sugar and carbs as you can including alcohol, juice, sugar and sugar substitutes. Second work on things to reduce stress response so exercise, yoga, dance, pilates, meditation, breathing. I love to sing and you cannot be singing and worring at the same time. Worrying continues to add fibrin into joints so is adding inflammation. I had fibrin removed from both knees and so postponed knee replacement. Third I use 'heat shock proteins' therapy when pain is intolerable. Dr John Gray describes this therapy well or I can detail if you message me. I use that time to read or learn new music. Fourth I use a little CBD during the day if needed and again before bed. It takes 1 to 1.5 hrs to take effect for me. Hope this helps. The heat therapy is the best option for me when pain is terrible. Cheers.

I have heard of beneficial effects of Tumeric and, thanks to you I am going to make some. Thanks for the tip. I am suffering at the moment from arthritis in the hands (particularly right) and need to try to get the inflammation under better control. Thank you.... and good luck. Hi to pussy
Try Tumeric gummies. I make them myself. I am usually pain-free most of the time.
