Sudden Onset Of Pain In Almost All Of My Joints. It Has Not Eased Up In Three Weeks. Don't Know How To Manage Pain Can You Help?
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

i kept thinking this pain would go away, but after 3 weeks, it hasn't. it's worse at night and in mornings and it makes me tired all day. i have had osteoporosis for a long time, but wonder if this is rheumatoid arthritis. Waiting for blood tests results. my life revolves around the pain. anyone know of a way to ease the pain?

Before I was diagnosed with OP I would be in so much pain I silently cried.I crawled out of bed each day. My pelvis, knees, elbows feet, and every joint hurt. I cannot take pain meds except codeine. Which I don't want to take. I did research on natural pain foods. I found Tumeric Gummies.

I eat them first thing in the morning and before bed and any time in between.
I have very little pain now and only take the codeine at bed just to ward off morning pain.

CBD with Tylenol. Together it works for me most of the time. If my arthritis or sciatica is really bad I have Tylenol with codeine.

Ellen Make sure you put a half dropper full under your tongue 😛. Hold it there for a few seconds then swallow.
