can you please advice me i fractured my wrist 6wks ago it is still very painful i have ha osto for the past 30 years i am still in a cast hoping it comes off next week . can you please tell me if this is normal for it to still hurt . cheers Doreen

Broke my L wrist August 28. Waited 2 days before going to MedCare. Cast until I saw orthopedic doc. He gave me a removable wrist brace. Wrist still hurts, not as bad but I do not take chances. In fact I am going to get a support brace for my other wrist and ankles!
Doreen When I broke my first wrist I used the sling it hurts when they take the cast off so treat it gentle now my Dr had me stretch my hand once the cast came off BTW did they give u pain RX I hope you have a good recovery
