I wear compression hose which helps with swelling

Could be pills from high blood pressure meds. Do u have that ??

It sounds a bit like fluid retention, check with your doctor.

My chiro recommends keeping legs elevated at night and when sitting in chair or on couch. It helps relieve swelling. I am now also wearing compression stockings. Orthotic shoes have helped me walk. Since I use a walker to help my recovery from three pelvic breaks plus L5. I find my chiro appt using acupuncture reduces pain. Amanda
