What I said is documented evidence. Look up biphosphonate drug holiday. You need to take a holiday.

I think itook fosomaxfor 15 0r 20 years now I takethis risedronate forabout 7years ijust started having troublein last 6 mthsbecause icant all of asuddenhaving trouble with hip and backdoctor gave me some exercise its hard todoihave alwaysbeen athletic in some waysbut cant get anywhere anymorei sit too much that makes me hurt imgoing todoctor soon cant takemuch more ill see what he says thank u for ur information

You should have never been on a biphosphonate more than 5 years. You were supposed to go on a drug holiday for at least 2 years as the FDA has issued a warning that too many people were breaking their thigh bones (this was announced around 2010). You should get a dexa scan to see if you need to be on them again.
